Who This Is For:
• Quality control engineers and inspectors in metalworking, automotive, and machinery industries needing fast, portable hardness testing.
• Maintenance teams checking the hardness of installed parts, bearings, molds, and heavy workpieces on-site.
• Manufacturers seeking efficient batch testing and process analysis for steel, cast iron, aluminum alloys, and more.
• R&D and laboratory professionals requiring accurate, repeatable hardness data for various metal samples.
• Anyone needing a lightweight, easy-to-use hardness tester with quick results and digital data display.
Application:
• Testing the hardness of steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper alloys, and more.
• Quality control of machine tool guides, automotive chassis, pressure vessels, and large metal components.
• Inspection of finished parts, heat-treated surfaces, and mold cavities in manufacturing environments.
• On-site verification of installed machinery or assembly parts without dismantling.
• Batch inspection and process analysis for product quality assurance.
How to Use:
1. Load the impact device by pushing down the loading sleeve until the impact body locks in place.
2. Firmly position the tester against the metal surface to be measured and keep it steady.
3. Press the release button on top of the probe to perform the hardness measurement; results appear instantly on the OLED display.
4, Repeat as needed, ensuring indentations are spaced at least 3 mm apart and 5 mm from the edge.
5. Recharge the device via USB after use and calibrate with standard parts as necessary for optimal accuracy.
